Challenge
By early November 2024, only 8 contractors had completed Honeywell’s training events against a year-end goal of 20. With one webinar remaining—and only 7 participants signed up—it wasn’t looking good. I was asked to create marketing collateral to quickly increase sign ups to meet the annual goal, with the final webinar just 7 days away.
Strategy
Make signing up easy by reducing clicks and eliminating traditional barriers to registration. Designed a product-focused e-commerce banner in Canva using urgency messaging and featuring a scannable QR code.
Results
99 contractors registered for the final webinar in 5 days
91 of the 99 attended the webinar
